Wings, Etc.

This historic building in downtown Sturgis has been home to many businesses downstairs and apartment dwellers upstairs since the late 1800’s. Preserving and improving the original facade was an important part of this project, even though a Wings, Etc. would be occupying the main level. New floor plans for the apartments on the second floor were created and the spaces were completely refurbished to appeal to younger, urban renters.
