Congratulations Niles Community Schools on your new artificial turf field! From the truckloads of earth removal to the installation of the A-Turf field, this project took 4 months from start to finish. A large amount of time was spent on a very sophisticated drainage system beneath the field coupled with the addition of a massive amount of stone aggregate. The artificial turf field was designed with the ability to play both football and soccer to maximize the district’s property. The field is decked out in the schools blue and gold colors with a large NV logo at midfield and Niles Vikings in the endzones. Go Vikings!
