Lewis Cass Intermediate School District North Pointe Center | Dowagiac, Michigan
This multi-purpose building needed a major facelift. The old, sloped roof was removed and replaced with an energy efficient flat roof, and two distinct entrances were created for the Secretary of State and Workforce Development offices. The entire building received new steel siding, windows, and signage.
