Matt Neuerburg

Director of Operations

CARMI Design Group would like to welcome Matt Neuerburg as our new Director of Operations. Matt earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture in 2003. He is married with two grown children. He and his wife Carrie live in Cassopolis on 14 acres with their many animals. Their home is located on the same road, just seven miles north from where Matt lived when he was born. 

“I am so thankful to get paid to do what I love,” says Matt. “I first knew I wanted to work in this field at the age of 13. I have worked with some of the CARMI staff in previous years, and they are all wonderful human beings. Everyone here has made me feel like I have always been a part of ‘the family’ and I am looking forward to our future together.”
