Brandywine Bond
Carmi Design Group is happy to support Brandywine Community Schools as they have a vision to engage, educate, and empower tomorrow’s citizens.
Below is a list of established priorities that have been developed in Brandywine’s Bond Proposal in the May 2024 election, along with a brief description of each:
Secured Entries – These vestibules would provide a delay mechanism to access persons entering a school campus during the instructional day, increasing the safety of students and staff.
Virtual Reality (VR)
The conception, design, and delivery of locations and spaces by architectural practices have been completely changed by digital technology. Using software like Revit, Building Information Modelling (BIM) combines data with a three-dimensional representation of a specific project, assembling all relevant information together in one location. Any subsequent adjustments are then integrated across the entire model to illustrate the overall impact of changes made. BIM is a crucial strategy for drastically cutting design and construction time, expense, and waste.
