Education
With 34 years of experience designing K-12 education spaces, we consider ourselves experts in this specialized area of architecture. We work closely with many school districts in Michigan and Indiana to provide innovative, functional spaces that are flexible enough to adapt to changing curriculum, technology, and teaching approaches.
Athletics
School districts are offering more athletic opportunities to students than ever before and CARMI has successfully completed many sports-related projects for our educational clients. From running tracks and tennis courts, to gymnasiums and football stadiums, we have the experience it takes to create these hardworking spaces.
Commercial
CARMI takes on a diverse range of non-education projects every year ranging from veterinary clinics and manufacturing plants to churches, fire stations, and apartment building renovations. We tackle every project, large or small, the same way; first, we listen carefully, then we explore and collaborate with our clients to provide the very best outcome possible.
